It could just be gas. If there is pain with it, it could be something more. If you start having nausea and vomiting, or heavy pain, then see a doctor. Any time you are unsure of a stomach problem, you should see a doctor anyway. Lots of problems can arise there. Your family doctor is a good choice. I have family member that went to his doctor and he said your going into the hospital. My family member said no. The doctor said I'll give you 24 hours and you will be back. He was in surgery within 12 hours and he said, "he just had an upset stomach." He had to have his appendix removed.
