I have a peeing issue!?!

Question: Whenever i laugh i start peeing. even if i dont laugh that hard, and even if i recently went to the bathroom. Today i was with my friend and we were sitting on the kitchen floor and we started laughing. I made a big puddle, and it was at my friends house. Luckily they werent home but i still had to clean it up and it was EMBARASSING! whenever i laugh a little my pants have a little spot where it is damp. Do you know if there is a medical disease that has that symtom, and do you know if they have diapers for teens that arent noticable while wearing them under clothes.

To make sure you know how to contract your pelvic floor muscles, try to stop the flow of urine while you're going to the bathroom. If you succeed, you've got the basic move. ...

A cautionary note: Don't make a habit of starting and stopping your urine stream. Doing Kegel exercises with a full bladder or while emptying your bladder can actually weaken the muscles. It can also lead to incomplete emptying of the bladder, which increases your risk of a urinary tract infection.

If you're having trouble finding the right muscles, don't be embarrassed to ask your doctor for help. He or she can provide important feedback so that you learn to isolate and exercise the correct muscles.

Perfect your technique
Once you've identified your pelvic floor muscles, empty your bladder and get into a sitting or standing position. Then firmly tense your pelvic floor muscles. Try it at frequent intervals for five seconds at a time, four or five times in a row. Work up to keeping the muscles contracted for 10 seconds at a time, relaxing for 10 seconds between contractions.

Be careful not to flex the muscles in your abdomen, thighs or buttocks. To get the maximum benefit, focus on tightening only your pelvic floor muscles. Also, try not to hold your breath. Just relax, breathe freely and focus on tightening the muscles around your vagina and rectum.

Repeat three times a day
Perform a set of 10 Kegel exercises at least three times a day. The exercises will get easier the more often you do them. You might make a practice of fitting in a set every time you do a routine task, such as checking e-mail or commuting to work.

It sounds like you have weak bladder control, which usually doesnt happen unless you've just had a baby or you are really old...so i would talk to your doctor. But until then you can just wear a maxi pad since they make the thinner ones

Wear a pad or pantyliner so that it can catch it. Also work on your kegals, the muscles you use to stop peeing mid stream. When you are sitting around doing nothing squeeze like you are trying to stop peeing and hold then release. That might help.

A doctor can fix this problem for you. In the meantime, you can wear maxi pads or Depends. But you really do want to clear up the problem, so you must see a doctor. You don't have to be embarrassed; this is a very common problem. We see it all the time.

Bless you and good luck! :)

Look up "Kegel exercises" online and do them. That will cure your problem.

Stop laughing.

Alot of girls/women do this. Try poise pantyliners, they are for urine leakage. Keegle exercises can help strengthen the bladder walls to help prevent urine leakage. Do about 10 repetitions several times a day. Google it to see the explanation on how they are done.

how old are you? and who the **** would wear diapers under their ******* clothes beside my GRANDMA. grow some BALLS and just piss YOURSELF AND LAUGH SOME MORE AND THEN PISS SOME MORE ok?

Sounds like you have a weak bladder...you could also have a UTI (urinary track infection). You need to talk to your parents and have them take you to the Dr. , who can give you a medication to help the situation.

I had that problem after the birth of my oldest child , so I know how embarrassing it can be........but parents and your Dr.are there to help you and you shouldn't be embarrassed to talk to them! :)

IT WILL WORK OUT! GOOD LUCK!
