Question: Okay well i am about 5"8 140-145 pounds AND 13 YEARS OLD...i feel pretty secure about my self EXCEPT my tummy. its like sticks out and i dont ever wear tight shirts..which most cute shirts are tight..because it just shows and hangs over my pants .i have a picture of it down below..PLEASE TELL ME IF YOU THINK I AM FAT AND HOW TO HELP MAKE IT FLAT!

You are NOT fat. It's just baby pudge. You're so young! You shouldn't be worrying about that! But, I guess if your shirts are showing it and you don't feel comfortable, then you could try doing sit ups and crunches. Also, you could lay on the floor, put your hands underneath a chair or your couch and grab on and raise your legs up off the floor (up and down). This really helps tighten the lower abdomen area (like the specific are you are talking about. Anyway, until then, you could just wear jeans that sit higher on your waist to flaten it out some. Underwear with elastic bands can help as well. Actually anything elastic could help flaten it out so that it doesn't poke out when you wear the shirts you like. Hope this helps! (But, again, you are NOT fat)

Secondly, how can you be so superficial?

you should feel very comfortable about yourself...just try to eat healthy and excercize, but you're too young to wrry about your weight ;] you are NOT fat

Do 100 situps a day. Not all at once but 100 total, throughout the day.

Also, 13 years old is when the baby fat leaves your body. Exercising those muscles will help.

Don't worry.
Your body is still young and maturing. You can do excercises to help.

You should try using some bowflex items in a public gym, and u are sort of fat... i dont mean that comment to be rude in any kind of way.
