Why is it hard to take deep breaths?!

1) why is it hard to take deep breaths when uve been crying?
2) why cant i take a deep breathe when im in the tub? every time i do i end up in a coughing fit. something wrong with me?

Uhhh, i thought that was normal, because same goes for me!!!.. so i guess we both need to see a doctor eh! HAHA, no its completely normal , or we are both in trouble. lol. My mom is always like, take deep breaths and i end up like somewhat shivering when i try to, and when im in the tub, i cant do it either, it feels like im breathing in heaps of steam makes me cough! So we are both AbNormal, haha
usually when you can't take deep breaths when in stress or submerged in water you are pregnant
