What would happen if you snorted ibuprofen?!

Question: Just a Question....

Answers: Just a Question....

You would feel the effects faster. There are more membranes in the nose that absorb the powder and deliver the chemicals to the brain.

Snorting is hard on the nose. Doing that often would end up damaging the inside of your nose and possibly cause loss of smell.

Its just a question people, he never said he was going to do it.

You would die. Duh.
They are meant to dissolve slowly in your stomach. Not snorted up. Your brain will lose nerve function and fry itself and you will die.
Dont be stupid and snort stuff. Find a meaning in life man. Goto Church or somethn

Snorting ibuprofen may provide you with some localised anit-inflammatory and pain relief but that would be all. It is it is important to remember that when snorting any kind of powder you run the risk of damaging your nasal passages and/or inhaling it into your lungs where it can irritate them.

It's not safe..

Whenever you "snort" any type of crushed pill (or inject it, for that matter) particles go into your lungs. For the most part,it is benign, but since your lungs aren't sure what to do with it, it can cause blockages that will kill you.

Since Ibuprofen is pretty nasty (hence the coating) it would probably burn the bejeezus out of your nasal lining, all the way down your trachea and lungs. And since Ibuprofen has no ingredients to make you high, it would only harm you. Well, it might still make your headache go away, but that's about it.

What is the more alarming question that you are asking? Are you saying that you are so unhappy with life the way it is, that you are trying to find a way to " safely escape" into another state of mind temporarily, and hope to come back to your " normal state of mind" , with minimal risk?
I suggest you start by humbully asking God to reveal Himself to you, and then , find a Bible and start to read it daily. I'm sure you'll have a good answer to not only that question, but many more important questions about life, in a relatively short time.
