Try googling DOMS (Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness).

It happens after you do an intense activity/workout that your body is not used to, or if you havn't exercised properly for a few weeks/months (not saying you havn't :P) and then suddenly do a big workout. It gets better daily and it should be gone in a week (at the most). Gentle stretching is prolly the best thing to do, drink water and of course rest.
It's not exactly a bad thing though, your muscles gain more stamina as they repair and eventually become stronger, if you could do pretty much the exact same activity you did yesterday, again, you might feel a weak DOMS for a day or so, the next time, prolly nothing, until you again do something that your not used to which is intense or vigorous.

But yeah, sounds like DOMS to me, hope that helped, letme know if you need more help.

Ibuprofen.
Lots of water.
Ice the really sore spots.

Go to the doctors. They'll tell you what to do...

advil and epsom salt baths. eat bananas. the potassium helps the lactic acid get out of your muscles. also stretching helps sore muscles a lot!

If you are that sore you might want to go to a doctor, but if you are just sore you should try stretching. That is what most coaches will tell you to do when you are real sore following a big practice. I hope yo get better!!

pain reliever. meditate.

More then likely you just over did yourself and rest, gentle massage, and over the counter tylenol/motrin should do the trick. You may want to take a wam bath as well. If you realy over did yourself, did not stay hydrated, and your pain seems very bad, you may want to go the ER for bloodtesting of a condition called rhabdomyolisis, which is alot of damage to muscle tissue and casue the symptoms you describe along with generalized weakness and dark urine. More then likely you are fine and if you follow the suggestions I gave will start feeling better soon.
