Question: There are 3 small red dots in a triangle that are faded but visible just below my middle knuckle on my left hand.

It hard to say without actually seeing your hand. But as a general rule, if it's not hurting, and does not itch, you probably are ok in the short term. Keeping watching the area over the next week and if the spots change at all or don't resolve then you may want to go see you doctor. Also watch for swelling, pain, changes in color/temperature, drainage, these are symptoms of an infectious process.
Probably a reaction to a substance that your hand may have come in contact with.

don't worry it will fade in time, I agree with the guy above, might be an allergic reaction
You might have an illness or a problem of another nature. Otherwise not.
