Hi my name is Carl, I am a Registered Nurse. First of all i had that when i was studying at university, but it will all clear in it's own time. Im only 18 and was getting worked up over the slightest things. But don't worry it does it to everyone it's just when everything gets to you. Don't worry you'll be fine. Managment, i used to go and do something what i really enjoyed like swimming or bowling. This helps you alot. Do you take alot of your friends problems in? if so let them sort it out themselves and you just worry about yourself okay because you'll feel a whole lot better xx

It could be your hormones?
Calm down and think if anything has been particularly stressful lately.
Breathe. Do things you enjoy. Go for long walks to get things out of your system.

i get exactly the same and all i want to do is have a go at any one and every one no matter who they are the way i get rid of this is to run my self a nice hot bath with candles round the side and make sure theirs loads of bubbles and make sure its quiet if u cant get it quiet play some music you like then i just sit and relax and for some reason when i get out i feel like a weight has being lifted of my shoulders and i feel so much better hope it brings you luck too x

you need to do something to vent your frustration e.g. exercise or deep breathing - or find a friend and have a good rant and get your problems off your chest.
if this fails have a drink

I would retrace my actions/reactions to things that have happened to you in the past several days. You say you don't know why, but you may be subconsciously holding on to something that was done or said to you. Good luck

Okay could be coz your hormones are up the shoot due to your age. If you are angry for no reason then the best thing I can suggest is that you tire yourself out so that your body forgets its anger as it too tired to think about it.
Go for a real hard exercise session, preferably running and you will feel better soon.
Try and see if there is something specific upsetting you or making you angry though.

i dont know how old you are but start drinking your favorit alcahol bevage...me too..

This happens to me alot, I just usually go on a shoot-em-up game and let my anger out, its healthy and legal. Or maybe just go into a room and just say what your prblems are (on your own or with someone if you want) and you will have got them off your chest :)

But that really is the best answer, seeing a doctor. If you do not have anything making you angry such as other people, life situations, etc. then it very well may be medically related.

think of something that makes you feel good and do it if its music then put some on and dance sounds daft but it works, it could be a build up of tension that you are experiencing, do what ever makes you feel good, or if a friend you like to speak to is available give them a call and throw it by them maybe they will know whats triggered this feeling of anger in you

its good also to take a long hot bath, with loads of bubbles and light some candles this should help you relax best wishes

There are probably things that happen to you throughout a normal day that are irritating to you but that you put aside. For example, perhaps some people at school really get on your nerves but you try to ignore it. These types of things can "build up" and you'll find yourself angry and don't know why. The best thing to do when finding yourself angry is to tell yourself that it is OK to have those feelings and as you begin to calm down try to think about what may be leading to these bottled up emotions and discover effective ways to deal with it, whether it might be going for a quick walk, deep breathing or listening to some relaxing music. Find out what works for you and just realize you're normal and it will pass.

i used to be like that, so my mum suggested i do more outdoor activaties, i do alot of sports neway but i started going fishing with my dad. but it gives me time to relax and gather my thoughts. maybe you should try a new activity either a relaxing activity to help you gather your thoughts or something to help you let your anger out maybe kickboxing.
