Asthma! What can I do to calm my asthma down right now?!
Question: my chest and back are hurting really badly.
my throat/lungs feel closed and i can tell i am wheezing..
i took albuteral but it's just making my heart race...
anything i can do to help it- like lay down or something

just calm down think about something else and try to relax go into a big room and sit up dont lay down
drink coffee and go out side for fresh air. thats what i do.
