Bad asthma right now- what can i do to make it calm down?!
Question: my chest and back are hurting really badly.
my throat/lungs feel closed and i can tell i am wheezing..
i took albuteral but it's just making my heart race...
anything i can do to help it- like lay down or something
its really severe right now- like in the top 5 worst

If your emergency inhaler isn't working, you need to go to the ER. People die from asthma. Bring a list of meds you take.

You need to see a doctor. Since it is probably the weekend where you are, you should go to an emergency room.
I am an RN and have seen some very severe cases of asthma because people delayed too long before seeking treatment.
do you have a nebulizer?? if so, you should do another breathing treatment.
