Why am I so disoriented?!

Question: I woke up this morning disoriented and feeling somewhat lightheaded. Every time I get up I can't walk straight and I feel like vomiting. Does anyone know what caused this and how to get rid of it?

Oh and I don't drink alcohol

An inner ear problem causes vertigo and vomiting. I don't know your age, but Mennaires symptoms are the ones you have. But it usually occurs in people over about 40 or so.

My Husband had Mennaires and Tinnitus for a lot of years. He was an addicted coffee drinker, at least a pot a day.
The Doctor continually told him to stop. After about 10 years of dealing with the noises in the ears (Tinnitus) and the dizziness and vomiting sporadically, Mennaires. He stopped the caffeine.

Within about 2 or 3 months all of the symptoms went away.
No symptoms for over 10 years. Then last year he decided to have coffee again, three cups in one week and the noises in his ears started again.

SO I GUESS THE CAFFEINE REALLY CAUSES THE PROBLEM.

No Coffee or caffeine, and see your EAR NOSE AND THROAT DOCTOR. ENT.

Good Luck.

You might have a vertigo problem.

Maybe you're sick or pregnant? If I were you, I would consult a docter!

Drink some coffee and take a cold shower.

my gf says, you're just dumb. i agree.

i had the sam feelings 4 a few days while i was on hoilday. take painkillers 4 times a day

The flu is going around -- big time....you might be coming down with it.

influenza. the flu . drink lots of warm water with honey
rest
get well soon

Oh I was going to say you might be drunk.... But you're probably either pregnant or seriously sick. You also might have a serious head injury!

Maybe you aren't eating enough or getting enough nutrients? I had the same problem and talked to my doctor about it. After eating healthier and drinking more water, I felt a lot better.
Hope you feel better :)

You're preggo!

j/k

I know a lot of people are going to say that you are. lol

You probably are just sick.

You may be getting the flu or a cold, but I had similar symptoms. I found out that I have an iron deficiency, so if I don't eat enough or the right foods I need to take iron pills. It could really be any vitamin or mineral deficiency. Try taking a multivitamin and see what happens.
There is a possibility that you are pregnant, so if you think there is a chance- get a home pregnancy test. If all else fails go to your doctor and ask them what they think. Good luck, hopefully you feel better.
