Suicide research help?!
Question: I've decided to do a project on suicide for my class and i was doing research cause people say the way they'd want to do it is Od on pills but i tried doing research and i saw that you can't really OD on pills because if you take abunch of pills you'll just get sick, but i can't find any more info on if you can od on pills? So any research would help, Can you OD on pills? i forgot the site i was on that said you can't od cause u'll just get sick so if u know any sites can u please give them to me too... I need this project done by tues and have other suicide research done besides the Oding on pills

It depends on the gender, males use lethal means like a gun, females use pills. And yes, you can over dose on pills, it happens every day. People commonly die from choking on their own vomit.
Also, the fastest growing group with regards to suicide are that between the ages of 45-55. Those statistics were on a news program recently and it was surprising how much suicide increased--over 30%. Teen numbers were up only 3% and senior numbers were actually down.
It is very possible to die from an overdose of pills.
Heck, even Tylenol can kill.
