if your have dwarfism and ur extremely short they give you precription of growth hormone injection and it has lots of side effects, and u can check your growth plate by x rays
so go see a doctor, and ur 16 so ur not completely closed. so u can gain few more inches. i also thinking about taking growth hormone injection, but i didn't take it because it cost alot of money and has side effects and i think it's not worth it.
so just keep eating good diet and stretch and do some exercise will help. and if your male u can grow up to 21~23
Don't use human growth hormone unless your doctor (and I mean a REAL doctor) prescribes it.
Most guys don't stop growing until at least 18, sometimes up to 20, 21, maybe 22 years old. Just because you're not taller now, doesn't mean you won't grow anymore.
Yes, it sucks to wait. But hormones are not what you need as long as you're within the normal height range. Give it some time and you'll probably get taller.

Without knowing all of the symptoms other than YOU feel that your height is not up to par this is a difficult question to answer. At 16 how tall are you? Are you judging your height by others?
