When i wake up i can't make a fist?!
Question: when i wake up my hands are really weak..not because my hand is a sleep but i was wondering why i cant make a fist my hand is really weak in the morning.why? thanks,

you just sleped, why do you need to use a fist anyway? yeah jsut get it checked out for the heck of it...
I'd bet you're pinching a nerve while you're sleeping. Carpel Tunnel is a guess. If you have a chiropractor you can ask about it, go there. They have a treatment for this which is often successful - much better than getting an operation or taking dope or doing exercises that don't work.
I assume that once you're awake for a bit the movement of your hand comes back again?
