It's been a while now, is this normal? Is it the water?!

Question: Okay, So everytime I eat Lunch, I eat simple stuff and im usually finished in 15 min Max.
I have really simple stuff and i've noticed i always eat in 5 inch diameter plate, i usually dont finish my plate, But when i finish my plate ( which is usually not much at ALL, compared to other people on the table , and its enough to me.) and have a few sips of water , usually after lunch by 30 min, i get a stomach ache and if i have half a 500 ml or something , the pain is NOT pretty.
Whats wrong with me? This's been happening to me only recently!
HELP! :'(

You are not getting enough water for one. You need to drink at least 4 glasses of water a day or drink some fruit juice (but only with food). You also didn't explain "simple foods". Sounds to be like you are borderline anorexic and better get a handle on it right now. See the school nurse or your family doctor for some help.

Start by eating slower. Drink after your meal. What you are eating (or not eating) could be causing you acid reflux or gas pain. Stay away from fatty foods, really salty foods (basically junk food). Eat salads with some protein (either meat or cheese). Eat yogurt and make sure you get more liquids into your body. Liquids help digest your food properly, helps keep your weight in check and your skin looking great.
