How much care will I need the day I come home from surgery?!


Question: I have had 3 surgeries-but i really don't remember how much care I needed the day I came home. I'm having laparoscopic appendectomy/exploratory surgery,possible ovary and adhesion removal.( I ALWAYS have complications, too)
What should the person watching me that day be prepared for?

You really should contact your surgeon's office for this information. People have a variety of reactions from medical procedures -ask your doctor for best and worst-case scenarios so you (and whoever is helping you out) is prepared.
