Anything I should know before seeing the chiropractor today?!
Question: Going to see a chiropractor today for my back. Is there anything I need to know before I go in to see her? Anything special I need to do? Can I wear jeans and a t-shirt, or do I need to wear sweat pants or something stretchy? Just any information you have about the chiropractor would be great! I'm a little nervous. Thanks.

Wear loose clothes and maybe a sports bra as they will need to get metal out of the way if X-raying. I do gown most 1st day patients anyway as I need to see the back...oh. please don't wear thong panties, they are embarrasing to both parties. If you wear alot of make up, consider you will be lying face down.
