stay away from coffee and all things like coffee and drink milk. I don't know how proven the coffee thing is but still best to keep safe =]

your parents & siblings will be an indication on how tall you will become. Plenty of sleep helps.

You will probably grow another 2 inches in the next 2 years to peak at 5'4.
