Trouble breathing/ Heavy breathing, shaky, jumpy?!

Question: Trouble breathing: Ok, lately I've been having trouble breathing. I went to taekwondo on Monday/Wednesday/Thursday lastweek, and first, we exercise before we do anything. I did laps and my cheeks were turning purple, and I was really tired during the run. After my run, I went to take I drink. While everyone else was out of breath and doing these long breaths, I was doing short quick breaths, bending over and holding my stomach, and was a little hard to breath. What is wrong with me?

Heavy breathing, shaky, jumpy: In school, I do heavy breathing(probably because there is alot of kids around), everytime I enter the classroom,(kids in the classroom) walk down to my locker,(alot of kids around) and enter the cafeteria, (alot of kids around) my breathing is heavy. And sometimes when I'm in the classroom, I'm shaky and jumpy.
In grade seven, I was really shaky and jumpy. Sometimes I couldn't even enter my classroom, or go back in the classroom.
What is wrong with me?

It could be a number of things, but to me it sounds like anxiety. A certain amount is normal, but if it becomes troublesome for too many days, I would see a doctor. Maybe even see the nurse at school so you can be checked out just to be safe.

It could be any number of things, so you'd better get yourself to a doctor but quick. The first step is to see the school nurse if you have one and explain your problem.

I agree with Universal language.

Talk to your parents about this so they can get you in to the doctor.
