Before anyone can guess at what she might have, knowing the symptoms would be helpful.
a week isn't that long to feel sick.
Early Pregnancy symptoms include nausea and missed period.
If your worried about her being pregnant have her take a pregnacy test
Pregnancy doesn't cause someone to be sick for a week. Just in the mornings during the first tri-mester. Probably the flu. Is anyone around her getting sick too?
Has she been sick in the morning? Does she throw up? the easiest thing to do would be to buy a pregnancy test at a cvs or walgreens and just test her. Also ask her when her last period was so you can keep track... if she misses her period, then it could very well be a pregnancy.
