Whats better to fall alseep to--white noise or the sound of the ocean?!

It's a personal choice, but I love listening to the sound of the ocean. Also rain storms and thunder. I know thunder? But I sleep like a baby during a summer's night thunder storm. My friend bought me a sound machine and I listen to both, I just switch off every other night. Good luck.

white noise is anything that doesn't require the brain to focus on. Therefore you are being redundant, you are repeating yourself, you are saying the same thing over and over.
