Arguments on cigarettes?!
Question: i have to have 3 arguments for a school assignment AGAINST the idea of making cigarettes illegal to everyone, even people over the age of 18. what are some arguments i can use for this assignment? i already have 2:
1. People 18 and over are mature enough to choose to smoke or not.
2. Smoking can relax you when you are depressed or angered.
So now i need one more. Can someone please help? Your help is appreciated!

If you make cigarettes illegal, they will only go underground and then the government wont get the huge taxes the receive. Remember when they tried to make alcohol illegal?
