Question: to keep my depression bottled up cause i dont really like to show when im sad

smoking weed causes a lot of depression, wether pot heads want to believe that or not. and when you do finally stop smoking. it causes even more depression which is why people start smoking again because they want to go back to a place when there were happy. and keeping things bottled up isn't really healthy. people tend to dwell on it consciencly or subconsciously. which brings on more depression and causes people to go back to smoking so they could try to forget about it. its a temporary fix but its still going to be there until you decide to face it and fix whatever problem you are having at the time. big nor small problem. I would say stop smoking and your problems will slowly disappear. its hard at first but you'll see it was worth it in the end. good luck!

yes its bad and it is prolly not because you smoke a lot of weed...keeping anything bottled up is a bad idea, it tends to blow up eventually. find someone you can tell anyone too, that might help

I don't like showing my emotions either, so I play with fire. Have peices of paper and hol them over a lit candle, pictures, pencils, etc

yeah its bad, because depression can kill you from inside...and before long you could end up even more depressed and unsure about yourself. I'm not saying to tell everyone you re depressed, but you should try talking to a close friend about your problem and if it persists; you could try a therapist :).
Smoking weed is not the answer for your depression, it will only alleviate it for a while..but in long terms it could even make it worse and harm your health.

people would disagree with me ,but smoking pot chronically is definetly going to make you depresed eventually,and no dont keep it inside find a reliable friend that is willing to listen and help you when you need it....btw smoking pot really is GAY
