How do I keep a moist mouth?!

Question: So everyday when I wake up the the morning, my mouth is REALLY dry. I was wondering how can I prevent this, I drink alot of water everyday probably about 6 bottles, and when I wake up, my mouth is dry and taste all funky. Please give me any solutions! -note my room is usuallly quite cold when I go to bed, and I wake up warmish, not very hot-

you could be sleeping with your mouth open, i do that a lot....just have a glass of water you can drink when you wake up and mouthwash later!

lol this is normal.

You're probably sleeping with your mouth open. I do that alot, because I have breathing problems, and can't breath through my nose when I lay down that well. I keep a bottle of water next to me so when ever I wake up through the night I just take a drink, then I'm fine.

Just put some gum in your mouth and chew. You will get saliva real quick and. That brackish taste in your mouth will fade quick.

the air in your room is to dry. try to sleep with a humidifier next to your bed, and closes all doors to your room. that should put moister in your room. after a couple days you should see a difference.

Drinking water during the day, doesnt affect the way your mouth will be moist in the morning. You most likely sleep with your mouth open, i do that :P Some people cant help it. haha
but really, just rinse your mouth when you wake up, the icky feelings will gonnnneeeee!

Drink H20!!! Not coffee! Not tea! Not soda! Not juice! Not alcohol. Simply water for all meals and snacks and other in-betweens. Welcome to the real world -- everybody awakens with a dry, foul mouth. Get out of the bed. Walk into the bathroom. Brush your teeth with toothpaste and mouthwash. Brush your tongue, gums, and palate. Rinse thoroughly with WATER. Then, drink about a pint of water after that. The temp of your room probably is irrelevant. You need humidity to help with the drying out factor. Either get a vaporizer or move to the southeast coast or caribbean and get all the humidity you want.
