Chubby legs & bum?!


Question: hi im kayla and im 14. =]
im pretty active and love sport.
im a rugby girl so have pretty big arm and calf muscles.
beleive it or not but im also a cheerleader. and swimming is also my thing. (but guess im not super fit!) anyway i feel perfectly healthy and everything but i am a little conserned about my body being out of proportion...

well i have a chubby bum and upper legs. it doesnt match the rest of my body...

i was wondering if there was an effective way of makeing it 'normal'. But i dont really want to increase the size of my existing muscles...theyre big enough already!!


any suggestions??

Well it could be just that you are naturally shaped like that. It is in your genes. Since you are working out and living healthy, it is most likely you can't change much of that.
I would say focus on accepting your body, your style. You can be beautiful even if your thighs are not "normal".
Look at all these celebrities. JLo has a big butt and people love it. Beyonce, alicia keys are beautiful women who has more downstairs. Normal is boring. Love it and flaunt. If it's not flauntable, then work with the way you dress.
I have always had the opposite problem than you. I have a bigger upper body and skinnier legs. But I now just try to select clothes that work for me, and I almost always get away with people not noticing.

For you I suggest wearing darker colors on the bottom, and
learn to flaunt your toned upper body. Wear more detailed tops and solid-color bottoms. Also, nicely cut dresses look great on your body type. See how Alicia Keys make his body look amazing:

Your body sounds normal. Just stay active, eat healty, and dont turn into a couch potato and you should be fine.

Considering your age, it might still be baby fat, so in the next few years you should shed it off.
