I used to get them all the time. Ok. The part of your nose that is just below the bridge where it kind of goes in.. the cartlidge? Like between the squishy end part and the hard bridge...Pinch that and it should help it stop.

Don't tilt your head back, since that will just make it worse. This sounds weird, but tilt your head a little bit forward.

press on the spot right below your nose and right above your upper lip.

the pressure will make your nose stop bleeding

I get them alot also. I went to the doctor once and he said it was due to very dry membranes in the nose and to put vasaline in your nose. So I do that and it seems to help and stops it pretty quick.

i always hear that if you lay down and like the other person said put pressure on it it helps.. hope it works..

Most likely you have your veins close to your skin in your nose.People who have this condition can simply bump their nose,or dive into the deep end of a pool and get a bloody nose.

Sit down and take a tissue and hold your head level.Take a tissue and pinch your nostrils. There is no fast way to stop it,you just have to wait it out.

FYI-contrast to popular belief DO NOT tilt your head backwards. The blood can go into your stomach and irritate it.Trust me,I am trained in first aid.

even i used to get them . the simplest thng u can do is lie down flat on something like a bed so that ur head hangs down(its not the bed) . it ll stop . it worked me always and in my country ppl do it very oftenly

pinch your nose and lean your head back
