Is it unhealthy to hold in you're sneezes and farts ?!

Question: I know that when you sneeze, your heart skips a beat. I doubt it hurts your heart. It might hurt your nose, though. Your nose is making you sneeze because it feels something bad in there.
Holding your farts isn't too good, though. It can cause you to faint. But do it anyway, because people don't like when you do that in public. It is rude.

I think that it might be unhealthy to hold in your farts since your not letting gas escape your body. but sneezes should be OK, there's no gas or anything involved...
