Stressed out!?!


Question: It's very hard for me to eleviate my stress. I have tried walking, being in a calm place, not thinking about the problems and trying to think positive. What techniques do you suggest to use to eleviate stress?

FIND A BETTER WAY THAN KLONOPIN OR XANAX!!!
The addiciton to benzodiazapine is long term and very difficult to get off of.
Join some kind of yoga or meditation group and learn to deal with your stress now. Life has and will always have stressors. I see so many ER drug seekers hunting Xanax and Klonopin an Valium that it's disgusting! They waste my time and take it from really sick people.
Please seek a better way to deal with your stress than drugs.

Klonopin or Xanax will change your life! Get a prescription from your doctor. When stress starts ruining your daily life, it's time to get on a safe medication.

You might also try B-Complex & Magnesium. Give it about 5 to 6 wks & you will see a difference. Of course check with your Dr. It worked for me tho. I prefered it to drugs.

What sort of things do you like? Since what you need to do is be happy, forcing yourself to do something other people suggest that you hate won't really be useful. :)

Some possibilities - Exercise, particularly if it's doing something you enjoy like dancing or swimming. Physical exertion can make your body feel better afterwards.

Chocolate. Seriously. Don't make yourself sick, but there's a lot of natural good stuff in chocolate (especially dark chocolate) that will make your brain happier.

Music, listening to it or making it. Singing or SCREAMING or banging on a piano can make a lot of people feel better after!
