How can I go 2 pants sizes up?!


Question: I'm a naturally skinny girl. *just letting you know*
Starting from the school year till now I think I went some pants sizes down .. due to depression. It's just, pants that i got from the summer and wore - they used to be a perfect fit .. now i need belts for them.

I want to go atleast 2 pants sizes up. What should I do? What kinda food should I eat?

I think you should not change your food intake or type (unless you're not eating healthy). Your body has a natural weight, and although you've been depressed and thus lost weight (probably due to diminished appetite), you should eat what you enjoy eating, and eat sensibly.

As your appetite returns to you, you should return (slowly) to your body's natural weight.
