Dizziness, nausea, high pulse?!

Question: The last few days I have been feeling dizzy. Today it is really bad. I almost passed out a few times. I feel like I am spinning and my vision is moving back and forth. It is worse when I lay down or sit down then I get up.
I also feel sick to my stomach. I haven't vomited but, I have the constant feeling that I want to.
I took my blood pressure a few times to make sure that was not it, and it was fine (120/79). But, today my pulse is pretty high even though I am not doing much of anything. My usual pulse runs between 75-80. And today it has been between 90-95.
I'm not pregnant because I got over my period about 4 days ago. I'm not sick in any other way, the flu, sinuses, earache, etc.
What could be going on with me? How long should I let this last before going to the doctor? Thanks!

I would make an appt with your dr and go. It could be something as simple as an inner ear infection or something worse, although the more I think about it im leaning in that direction.

Lol...duh...you MUST BE pregnant, what else could it be? duh...

not another day

any time dizziness and racing heartrate combine you have to check it out. why would you even WANT to wait?

i would not wait, if i was you, for any longer. go to your physician, for check-up. it could be anything, even not serious, but it is not normal either. it could be anxiety only, but check with your doc.

I had it too, I think its anemia, Cause you are dizzy. I think you must see a doc so he can put you on iron pills
