Question: why does any type of tea, whether its hot or cold, or green or black or anything, make me have to pee like crazy? does it really have that much caffeine in it?

Well, tea does have caffeine in it, and caffeine is a diuretic. It is possible for it to make you have to go more often than if you just drank water.
The fact that coffee has more caffeine than tea only means drinking coffee will make you have to go even more than tea does. :)
It's not really that it's tea it's that it's mostly water...Whenever you drink a lot of water you have to pee.
It does unless it is decaf tea.
Tea has 1/6th the caffeine in it as coffee... AND it has substances called Phenols in it that inhibit the absorbtion of the Caffeine so it takes longer to kick in and has a more mild effect...
It must just be the liquid... Not what is in the liquid...
Because it is impossible for it to be the Caffeine.
