I dont feel good:( can u help??!


Question: today i threw up at about 8:00 and i am really sick and my tummy hurts:( what can i do to make me feel better and not throw up again?

You will probably not vomit again.

What you need to do is eat lots of fibre. Fibre can be found in foods such as cereal (with yoghurt if you can't face milk) or toast. This will help your stomach build itself back up.

You should continue drinking water, if you aren't already.

youve got the 24 hour stomach flu.if you can,have some tea and crackers and drink a sports drink ( gatorade) keep yourself hydrated,if youre not better by tomorrow,see your doctor.this bug is going around.

Don't eat any dairy products and drink a lot of water. Lie down and try eating fruits.....you might have stomach flu! drink gatorade and get a doctor's appointment asap! Hope this helps!

try sipping ginger ale. You may throw it up if you drink it too fast. You have a bug in there and it needs to get out. Sorry,
If you get a fever, or the pain in your stomach becomes unbarable and it's more than the stomach feeling of throwing up. You should go to the Dr. If this is the first day you are throwing up, keep the stomach empty except a little fluid in sips only. I would not throw up for more than two days without seeing the Dr.

Don't eat. Relax. Dont exercise.(like you would now) Contine on the computer TV, etc etc. Hope this helped!

If its the flu its going to have to run its coarse, you cant stop it from coming up if that what it wants to do. When I get the flu I feel just like you......wondering when the puking will end.......but it has to run its coarse, unfortunately you can't control it.
But, on the lighter side, try saltines and 7-up, or ginger ale to ease the queasiness. Also, dont forget, you need to take sips of water no mater what, because you have to stay hydrated also, it will give you something to throw up because dry heaving is the absolute worst!
So take sips of water, slowly add in saltines and 7-up until you are better. But jsut sit back and relax cause there isnt anything you can do. Sorry!
