My second earing hole is infected! need help! SOS?!

Question: K i have my right ear pierced. Theres two holes! the second one is infected... What i don't get is i got my 2nd hole since last year! it's now infected and is killing! what do i do to make it feel better?

Get to the doctor as you need antibiotics, you dont want the infection spreading any where else.

Try putting some ice on it for the time being though.
