Headache and brief lightheadness while coughing?!
Question: During the winter times.. I cough alot because the cold air and/or bad air makes me cough. whenever i cough, I get lightheaded and I get a headache. My sister said that I could pop a vessel in my head and I could die. any thoughts?

No you won't die.
You might have asthma which can be caused by cold air or irritants in the air.
You may be coughing so hard that you're causing a similar reaction to hyperventilating that then makes you feel lightheaded.& the force can cause a headache.
I suggest you get checked by a MD
