Do plastic surgeons really care about you, or is it just money?!
Question: Do they really care about giving you the best procedure you need that will help u feel better, or working WITH you, or will they just advise you on what they think makes them the most money and all sorts of other bs?
I just feel like I can't really trust them.

Well, in as much as the ethical code of health care providers are concerned [which I believe can be found somewhere in the internet], plastic surgeons, in as much as they are surgeons give advise and lend you the best of their suggestions. That is of course limited to what their experience and knowledge has availed of them.
Anyway, if you really feel that you can't trust them, I suggest you find a friend or your friend's friend who happens to trust one; and choose to consult with the person.
Just one last thing: it is also true that a number of people who aren't exactly aligned with the ideals of a health care provider may actually give more weight in thinking about what they could get from you rather than what they can do for you.
[though this is rather rare, i believe...]
Ask your doc to refer you to a reputable one. I'm sure most would have your best interest in mind as well as their income.
I kinda think it depends on your surgeon.
You could ask the same thing about nurses, your doctor, or any one who else helps you.
