Stress can causes important parts of your anatomy to dysfunction. Sometimes your joints will ache and your body will feel as if it doesn't belong to you. It can mess up your digestive. It can mess up the flow of your blood. It can mess up your ability to sleep, which is very important to your health. When "we" people are under stress they should go to the gym and do some cardio or just workout. This will ease your mind. Also people should drink plenty of water each day. This can also help with keeping your youth.

My doctor likened stress to revving a car too often, it wears the engine out sooner because it has to work harder. That's what stress does to your body - accelerates the aging process.

Blood pressure.

Constant stress just plain wears out the body. Lack of sleep, poor eating habits, tension, abuse of the body, etc.
