How much water should a regular person drink everyday?!


Question: I took a test yesterday it turned out that i dont drink water too much
infact. last time i recall was 3 or 4 weeks ago that i drink water since the wether is cold ..my pee went from white to dark yellow
what would happen to my body if i dont drink water?

it depends on a person's body weight and activity level. there is a huge debate on whether or not it is 8 8 oz glasses a day. but water is in a lot of foods and most drinks are mostly water anyway. a person can only live a short time with no water at all depending on the conditions.

you should drink 8 glasses, just makes u heathly really and dextox your body through. if you dont drink enough you will just become unhealthy and see changes in your body like spots bad skin tired etc. there is always flavoured water if your not a fan of water

Average it shold be 2 to 3 liters or 2 and 1/2 liters per day but it depend on diet, season, weight, awareness of the person, family, way of drinking, coditions of work. Availability of water, quality of water etc.

I drink about 2 and half litres a day of mineral water, my pee is always clear but the side effect is that u do go a lot.

If u don't drink water or any fluids your body would dehydrate and u would eventually die, dark yellow pee is a sign of being dehydrated. As is if u pinch the skin and it appears pinched after you let go.

Interesting to note that we need water for the brain chems to fire off properly, dehydration can lead to depression and anxiety.
