Why am I SOO tired and sleepy?!

Question: I'm 15 and last night I slept at 1:00 am and woke up at 10:00 am, I feel SOOO tired and sleepy and I don't even feel like talking or going out or doing anything, I have been on holiday for a week now.and I have been feeling like this for about 5 days . I'm starting to lose my appetite a bit now and I'm eating less than I did before. And whenever I do a sudden movement like running for a bit or getting off the couch quickly, I get this MAJOR headache! What's happening? I'm a girl BTW. Thanks!

lol..i got a sister like you too..
she always sleep too late and sleep with bad posture..
and she always looks tired and stuffed.
i reckon u should try to sleep earlier ,eat properly, drink much water and sleep in straight posture and also your pillows, maybe too high...

and also... eat chocolate..it makes you happy and energetic

Hopefully you're not pregnant. It could be you getting used to the changes in your body. Go to your doctor and get a complete work up. It could be anemia and you're not getting enough iron. Women of child-bearing years tend to be anemic because of their monthly.

Stress
