they are so frigen good haha... Not that I know of I can easily eat a whole package in a day... but to much of anything is always bad remember that.

Yes, if you're eating it like candy. It can harm you. It is a medicine, not candy. How many are you taking a day? If it's more then what's on the bag, then yes, you're harming yourself. Basically you're over-dosing on the stuff.
