My gastroenterologist said that it's normal for people not to have a BM everyday. Everyone's different. But I would take some laxatives or something if you haven't gone in 3 or 4 days. It's not good to leave all those toxins in your body.

a person should be going at least once every day......if not something is wrong with their diet or tummy...

poo is the body getting rid of all the nasty stuff.

some people poo every day, three times a day, or once every 3 or so days. its what ever is normal i think.

i would say that if you want to get a regular bowel momvent going drink a lot of water and increase your fibre in take.

Get you some fiber in your diet. I used to poop once a week, but eating more fiber has helped out a lot. Some cereals to consider: Fiber One (they have some good flavors), All Bran, etc. Or try some Metamucil.

Unless there is some discomfort during the "movement", there may not be any reason for concern about time between movements.
See doctor about possible tape-worm!

Different stokes for different folks!

i dont it necessary to poo everyday. but three four days! im not sure

"Every three or four days" is much too infrequent as it allows intestinal toxins to accumulate - and these are the cause of any number of illnesses/symptoms.
At least once every day is ideal - every other day is OK.
