Effects on "Period Pills" on a man's body...?!

Question: Um, I was in total pain this morning and one of my classmates handed me two pink "pain pills" out of a store bought bottle, I took them dry (no water) after I saw a logo on them...I didn't give much thought to the logo, I do remember them being pink tablets, but later the girl said they were pills for Menstrual cramps...since I took them I have still been in major pain but I have relaxed a lot, people made comments on how I acted all afternoon...If I planned to start taking these regularly, what would be the effects, if any?

Nothing, there's no hormones or anything in them. They are simply acetaminophen which is basically aspirin, sometimes with caffeine and a diuretic to relieve bloating.

I would not take something that was for a womens body..
if your not feeling well take Advil or something
