I got sick and my ears hurt why?!
Question: I got conjested a few days ago and the conjestion is almost gone away.. but my ears are so stuffed why.. it doesn't hurt just annoying becuase i have an echo when i start... it gets worst when i blow my nose.....it feels like when you go swimming and get water in your ears and you can't get it out....help how do i make it go away... if it doesn't im going to the doc

I had this problem too. I went to the doctor and was told that there was fluid build up and to buy Mucinex D (over the counter but behind the pharmacy counter). That did not help me so I did have to go back to the doctor for prednisone, but you can try the over the counter stuff first and save yourself a doctor visit.
There is a connection between the sinuses in the back of your nose and your ears, a tube. It may have gotten blocked with the thick congestion. Drinking LOTS and LOTS of water should thin it out and it should drain away in a day or two. If not, or if any pain occurs, get to the doctor pronto.
