First you have to stop picking your nose. It'll never heal up if you keep jamming your finger in there!

You may have inadvertantly damaged a blood vessel inside you nostril. This can be done by getting any knocks or bumps to the face and head (like headering a soccer ball)
You don't mention pain accompanying the nose bleeds so this is the most reasonable answer. Se your doctor. He'll help you manage the nose bleeds and if it comes to severe vessel damage he'll stick a cotton tip up ur nose with a mild acid on it which will burn the vessel back and seal it so you get no more bleeding. The proceedure is not painful but leaves you with a kind of menthol like burning senstation which disapears after a couple of hours

Dont think its anything to worry about yet, but if it continues or gets worse I'd get it checked out.

I dont get nose bleeds, but if this was happening to me, I would go and see your doctor.

You need to see your Doctor as the blood vessels in your nose are aggrevated for whatever reason.
He/she can arrange for a precedure that cautarises (sp) the vein stopping the constant nose bleeds.

You also need to see the Doctor because these constant bleeds can lead to anaemia and low red blood cell levels. Making you dizzy, weak, tired and lethargic.

Perhaps you need to strengthen weak blood vessels with citrus bioflavonoids and a web search for "citrus bioflavonoids" + "blood vessels" will tell you more.
