Sick when lying down, OK while standing.?!

Question: For a strange reason, I feel fine when im standing up, but i get a sick, nauseous feeling while lying down. It is the exact opposite of what normally happens when I'm sick. What is going on with me?

There is something called benign paraxysmal positional vertigo that has this symptom. You will have the problem only in certain positions.
