Whenever i hear loud music, my left ear sort of buzzes and the sound sounds dist!

Question: When i hear really loud music, my left ear buzzes and sort of distorts the sound. Especially when im listening to headphones, whats wrong with me? can it be fixed?

You should try going to a doctor i pretty sure it could help by stop listening to loud music becasue if you didnt know its damaging your ears
