YES, but for me, I am ALWAYS tired, chronic fatigue syndrome. So why aren't you sleeping? Hopefully you don't have school or have to work in the morning. Take a warm bath with just candles lit and play some soft music in the background, and then close your eyes and start relaxing every muscle in your body starting from head to two. And then get in bed with a very boring book to read. You should then be asleep in no time at all.
