Can milk cause acne?!
Question: I am on two medications for acne. I was wondering would 2% milk cause acne. I missed lunch and there was really nothing to eat that, so I had a bowl of ceral. I don't drink milk constantly only water.

No, it shouldn't. Milk has nutrients that help the skin. If you let it sit on your skin then it might especially since it has 2% fat. Try to stay away from fatty and unhealthy food and your skin should clear up. (I'm a perfect ex.-I eat tons of junk food and even though I use like 1 million different acne things I still have it) :) but milk can never be bad other than Vitamin D milk.
