If you didn't lose consciousness, your pupils are equal in size & you don't have headache, didn't go to ER; there should be no problem.
If you had any of above you should have a friend check on you during the evening.

When I had a concussion, I got knocked out for 5 hours, then I woke up, and then I threw up, and then I slept for another 2 hours. But I'm fine now, so I think it doesn't really make a difference.

They believed back then, if you go to sleep
you might not wake up,So we watched him
awhile then he went to sleep, woke up and
he was okay. I guess it depends on how
hard you hit your head. So how do you know
you have a concussion ??
