Can weed cause seizures?!

Question: My friend smokes weed and yesterday he was at his friends house and they were smoking weed. Everyone was high and then this kid got a seizure. He never had seizures before, well at least thats what my friend told me when he was telling me about his little experience. So I was wondering could smoking weed have caused that kids seizure? What else can weed do other than get you high and give you lung cancer and asthma?

I myself smoke weed once in awhile, and all the research I have done said weed would casue seizures, (it could have been an underlying illness he had or the weed was laced) Other side effects is "1)Short term memory loss 2) Anxiety and panic attacks, some people end up in the emergency room. 3) Impotency 4) Testicle shrinkage 5) Avoidant personality disorder 6) Paranoia 7) Lung cancer, difficulty breathing 8) Laziness, unwilling to work." 9) Causing you to use stronger dugs and become addicted 10) increase an individual's risk of chronic bronchitis, coughing on most days, wheezing, chest sounds without a cold, and increased phlegm. (constant users) 11) 41% greater risk of developing psychosis than non-users. (risk was in cases with an existing risk of psychotic disorder, and was said to grow up to 200% for the most-frequent users)

its quite possible, weed messes with your brain, kills brain cells and stuff. its really bad for you.

Yeah, most likely. ^_^

I have never heard of weed causing seizures. Sure that stuff wasn't laced with something else, like coke?
