I would recommend some daily light exercises. Excercise releases endorphins throughout your body that help relieve pain and stress, plus you'll overall be healthier, but further promotes stress-relief. It doesn't have to be much, if your not athletic you can start with just a brisk walk around the neighborhood while listening to an mp3 player or whatnot, then build yourself maybe to being able to jog. Its all up to you.

Just breathe. Everyone goes through stressful times weather it be due to work, family, school, etc. Some helpful tips that I have personally found useful are to physically take good care of yourself the stress will only worsen if you are not eating and sleeping correctly. tips to relax:
bathe at night before bed
light vanilla scented candles because the aroma instantly calms and relaxes.
You can also drink a hot tea before bed...I find green tea to be calming and it is also good for your digestive system.
